Pet Policy
At the Domain at the Gate, we gladly welcome pets as residents of our community. A maximum of two pets are allowed per apartment and breed restrictions do apply. Contact our leasing office for additional details on bringing your furry friends home.
Pet Deposit: $200 per pet
Pet Fee (non refundable): $400 per pet
Pet Rent: $20 per month per pet
Pet Restrictions: Pit Bull, Rottweiler, Presa Canario, German Shepherd, Husky, Malamute, Doberman, Chow, St. Bernard, Great Dane, Akita, Terrier (Staffordshire), American Bull Dog, Karelian Bear Dog. *Any hybrid or mixed breed of one of the mentioned breeds.
