Rent covers your apartment home and in-unit washer and dryer. Utilities, amenities, valet trash, and optional services such as pet rent and storage are billed separately. This structure ensures transparency and flexibility for each resident.

It’s one of the most popular features among pet owners in the community. In addition to the on-site pet spa and dog park, residents have access to nearby walking trails that are perfect for daily walks. While there are no weight restrictions, breed restrictions are as follows: Pit Bull, Rottweiler, Presa Canario, German Shepherd, Husky, Malamute, Doberman, Chow, St. Bernard, Great Dane, Akita, Terrier (Staffordshire), American Bull Dog, Karelian Bear Dog. Any hybrid or mixed breed of one of the mentioned breeds. Please contact the leasing office for the most up to date list of restricted breeds. 

Pet fees include a one-time non-refundable fee of $400, a refundable deposit of $200, and a monthly pet rent of $20 per pet. These fees help maintain the community’s high-quality pet amenities and cleanliness.
